Do you accept returns? Unused wax items may be returned for store credit or a full cash refund on the cost of the item(s) within 2 weeks of receiving your order. With the exception of a mistake made on our part, sample oil vials and opened oil bottles are not returnable. If you are returning items for personal taste reasons (you don't care for a fragrance, etc.), then the cost of shipping must be covered by you. If there was a mistake made in the filling of your order then all cost involved in returning the product(s) will be refunded as well.

Are all products vegan safe? Yes. All animalistic type notes used (musk, honey, leather, etc.) are made with essence oils. An essence oil is an oil that is designed to smell like something that it is not actually made from. These notes may be created using natural and/or synthetic ingredients but all are free of animal by-product.

Do you offer made to order blends? Not at this time.

What type of wax do you use? Our simmering wax is a blend of mineral wax, candellia plant wax, cocoa butter, soybean and coconut oil. Our wicked wax items are a blend of mineral, soy and candellia waxes.

Do you offer smaller sized samples of your wax items? We do not sell sample sized wax items but we typically include sample simmering wax melts with all full size product / non-clearance item only orders. Usually around 1 sample per full sized item. If you would like to request which samples you receive with your order, you are welcomed to do so in the notes area of check out. But please keep in mind that the in stock selection of samples will vary greatly and your choices may not always be available at the time your order is being packed. You may also note alternative selections in the event that your first choice is not available but we still can not guarantee you will receive the sample blends requested.

How often are new fragrances added? New fragrances may be introduced at any time. New blends are always being worked on but most do not make it past testing. If you'd like to receive notice when they do, please sign up for the Alternative Breeding Newsletter.
